About the role:

We are looking for a Passionate and dynamic superstar to join us as our Education & Retail Coordinator! In this role, you will coordinate effective planning, delivery, and measurement of all educational activity and content across the Travel Retail region and retailers. Predominately, supporting the Education and Sales Functions!

As a Education & Retail Coordinator, you will;

  • You will work closely with our Global Training Manager, leveraging the assets available from the Global Education team, to create a suite of physical and digital training content for Team Tilbury, covering NPD launches, Start of a dream follow-up, artistry development, L&D and more by utilising our in-house Learning Management System and authoring tools!
  • Plan and deliver the training material required for all NPD launches in time for regional training sessions.
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders, share and borrow best practice on content modification and delivery.
  • You will manage the training content and creation required for all field communication, including Charlotte’s Magic Academy Training brand books, all branded training material, and any other ad hoc requirements.
  • Create quarterly update videos with video creators and manage the project from initial brief to execution.
  • Support our Field Training Managers in building the format and updates of their regional education plans, as well as Design & collate all surveys across all Training functions, to provide a summary to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of all classroom trainings, including Field Training Managers “train the trainer” sessions, any regional conferences, and any education meetings.
  • Help to plan events, to include venue hire, all catering, product and hygiene requirements, travel and accommodation, gifting, and content coordination.
  • Covering all training activity in the region including: the Start of a dream induction programme, all NPD launch training deployment, all artistry certification, and development training. Support our Global Training Manager in the planning and execution of all artistry certification courses.
  • Organise and support the Global Training Manager in the delivery of field team meetings, including creation of any tools or documentation required. As well as overseeing the forecasting of all travel and expense costs from the training team.

Who you will work with:

  • You will report directly into our wonderful Global Training Manager, as well as the wider Travel Retail Team.
  • Working closely with our Retail, Commercial, Pro Artistry, Marketing and Retail Operations teams, to manage the Retail calendars.
  • You will work really closely with our Retail Managers across the UK, EMEA and Middle East!

About you:

  • You will have demonstrable experience in a similar operational role, with a fantastic understanding of the retail environment.
  • An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable speaking with many different stakeholders across all levels, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
  • You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease!
  • You thrive working to pace, you are able to ruthlessly prioritise and can manage multiple deadlines at anyone time with ease.
  • You are proactive, personable with a positive mindset, with a passion and love for the beauty industry.
  • Please note, there may be travel required in this role, that you need to be comfortable with.
  • You ideally need to have excellent English written and verbal skills, bonus points if you are fluent in Spanish or French!
