JOB MISSION
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with experience across multiple aspects of startup marketing and a creative, problem-solving mindset. ChartHop will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team of thinkers and doers (as well as external stakeholders) and work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be expected to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis, own work from Day 1 and support the team’s constantly evolving initiatives.

We will measure your success through:

  • Successful collaboration with Principal Marketing Manager and VP of Product and Marketing 

  • Achieving goals and objectives related to lead generation

  • Building brand awareness through activities to have a positive impact on sales opportunities

As a Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Support marketing team in delivering effective programs that achieve company objectives

  • Assist with the day-to-day initiatives that drive brand awareness, demos, trials, and sales

  • Drive awareness across community outreach, social media, and partner programs

  • Support the development materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit

  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns 

  • Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals

Requirements: 

  • Two or more years of experience in marketing

  • Hands-on experience in developing campaigns, content and promotions

  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member

  • Exceptional copywriting, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

  • Experience in content development 

  • Background in B2B SaaS, preferably with some experience in HR Tech

Salary range $75,000- $100K base plus bonus and equity
