Natterbox is on the lookout for a passionate Global Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our mission of architecting, executing, and optimizing scalable demand generation campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, as you'll get the opportunity to craft incredible account-based strategies aimed at boosting deal sizes and enhancing customer engagement. You'll be pivotal in developing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns perfectly with our sales and marketing goals at Natterbox. With a focus on digital marketing, you'll lead various initiatives including paid search, social media, and content syndication to ensure we maximize our ROI. But that's not all—this role also allows you to unleash your creativity by designing targeted ABM campaigns tailored specifically for high-value accounts. You'll work closely with sales teams throughout the journey, ensuring a seamless flow of communication to achieve outstanding results. Managing our demand generation budget and demonstrating an analytical mindset to optimize performance metrics will be key parts of your daily rhythm. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and have over five years in demand generation or growth marketing, especially in the SaaS or tech industries, we'd love to hear from you! Add to this mix a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, and you have a recipe for success here at Natterbox.
