At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.SummaryAs an Associate in the Finance Rotational Program, you will have the opportunity to work with corporate finance and accounting professionals, business finance team members, and audit and financial shared services associates. Our goal is to develop early career finance and accounting professionals at CHS by exposing rotational program participants to a wide variety of experiences across the finance function. The CHS Finance Rotational Program is a unique opportunity for motivated candidates with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills who possess a strong desire to succeed and an ability to build strong relationships.The three-year CHS Finance Rotational Program provides an opportunity to grow professionally, gaining knowledge and experience through on-the-job training in three, 12-month rotations. Rotations include but are not limited to: Corporate FP&A, Energy FP&A, Ag FP&A, Corporate/Financial Accounting, Treasury, Credit, Finance Shared Services, Corporate Development, and Internal Audit. Each assignment will allow participants to build strong finance and accounting foundational skills, partnerships with a variety of leaders, and broad networks across CHS.New associates entering the Finance Rotational Program will begin in June of 2024 and will join CHS with an incoming cohort for the program.ResponsibilitiesIn your role you will:Actively participate as a member of the CHS finance rotational programLearn and develop a strong foundation in finance, processes, and technologyBuild business and financial acumenEngage with your teammates and business leadersReport and analyze financial results and dataPerform ad hoc analysis as requestedDrive efficiency and process improvementDeliver superior customer service, adopting the CHS cooperative spiritMinimum Qualifications (required)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Additional QualificationsAgriculture experience or understanding of Agriculture industryPrevious internship relating to finance, accounting or other Agriculture related internshipSAP experienceCHS offers a competitive total rewards package.
