Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations OfficerOur client is developing a multiprotocol internet (IPv4 & IPv6) which will revolutionize and substantially enhance the capabilities of the internet. They are a very early-stage startup that is seeking pre-seed funding. They want to bring on an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer who will help build the company. This role can sit anywhere in the US, with preference to someone located in Los Angeles or San Francisco.As the CFO/COO, you will:• Collaborate with the CEO, and any other executive(s) and/or officer(s) designated by the CEO, to operate and scale the company in keeping with the corporate vision and budget.• Research, forecast, develop, recommend, implement and oversee strategies and policies to optimize and expand the functioning of the company’s operations.• Partner with the CEO on the development and execution of the technology.• Participate in all fundraising activities and investor relations.• Oversee company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive.• Work with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs.• Assist in developing external relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy.• Develop actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO .• Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management.As CFO/COO, your background should include:• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).• Experience partnering with MSPs and IT services companies highly desirable.• Previous fundraising and startup experience required.• Experience working with technology teams of various sizes and backgrounds.This role will have a high equity component to start.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please send your resume for immediate review to Adam@PeopleConnectStaffing.com
