As an ABA Therapist at Circle Care Services, your primary responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism, as created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will work directly with children in various settings, including their homes, schools, and our clinics, utilizing ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Regular communication with the BCBA and family members is also expected to ensure progress is adequately tracked and modifications to the treatment plan are made as necessary.

To become an ABA Therapist at Circle Care Services, you must hold a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old. Prior experience working with children or in a therapeutic setting is advantageous but not required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. It is also necessary to have a reliable vehicle for traveling between locations where you'll be providing therapy and to be open to receiving and implementing feedback.
