As a BCBA at Circle Care Services, you'll be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapists, and ensuring that all services adhere to ABA principles. To qualify for the BCBA position at Circle Care Services, you must hold an active BCBA certification and licensure, possess 2-4 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis instruction, and demonstrate proficiency in ABA techniques and data analysis.
