Life as a SaaS Integration Engineer at CES:

As a Jr SaaS Integration Engineer in our Infrastructure and Operations Department, you'll be the mastermind behind the tools and systems that power our company. You’ll handle everything from integrating and managing our software solutions to automating and optimizing our tech stack. Your role will be central to ensuring our software solutions not only meet current needs but also anticipate future demands.

• Lead the charge in integrating and optimizing our SaaS solutions, ensuring they work harmoniously together.
• Catalog, document, and audit our software landscape while identifying and addressing gaps and redundancies.
• Collaborate with our Information Security team to configure software services with best practices.
• Create efficiencies through scripting and automation, and help build a robust and agile software ecosystem.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, support agile practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and documentation of policies and procedures pertaining to the acquisition, management, provisioning, decommissioning, and all other aspects of software services.
• Manage and maintain SaaS application and permission requests.
• Maintain an awareness of the service status of implemented software solutions and communicate known issues to stakeholders.

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in SaaS products and integration.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and managing software lifecycles.
• Experience with Microsoft SaaS offerings.

• Knowledge of Jira setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with any scripting language is beneficial.
• Ability to support and configure various software solutions.
• Experience with building automated scripts, particularly for backend processes.
