What you’ll do:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in growing ClassDojo’s adoption within schools in the US. Leveraging your empathy, deep understanding of classroom dynamics, and passion for education, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers in Districts and Schools. ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining compensation, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. The below reflects the estimated annualized pay ranges in the United States. This role is eligible for an incentive pay component.
Location: CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states
Base pay (hourly rate annualized): $58,500 - $67,000 (USD)
On target earnings: $83,700 - $95,800 (USD)
Location: All other US states
Base pay (hourly rate annualized): $52,700 - $60,300 (USD)
On target earnings: $75,400 - $86,200 (USD)
