Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet. We are looking for curious and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Support team as Technical Account Managers, providing high-level support to our top-tier Enterprise customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Experience in security products
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical support contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Create and deliver Quarterly Support Reviews.
- Proactively engage during strategic deal closure.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant certifications preferred
