What you’ll do:
Support the Operations team to improve their analytical and operational needs to help the team support our customers more efficiently
Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data Analytics, etc.)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and streamlining operations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Partner with external stakeholders to manage existing relationships and identify new partnerships to reduce operational costs and improve customer experience
Partner with Finance to manage invoice approvals and functional budgets, including managing one of the largest P&Ls within CloudTrucks (Trailer Program P&L)
Who you are:
5+ year of experience in Operations, Operations Strategy or related roles at high growth start-up
An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity and possessing a strong sense of grit
Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
You succeed in high-growth teams (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting or a related experience)
You are excited to work with BPO teams of Operations and Customer Support agents to implement new programs and processes to improve the way they operate
Bias towards action with the ability to quickly consider what long-term decisions must be made today and what can start as an MVP
A proven track record of concurrently managing multiple complex projects to completion within tight deadlines
You love thinking about problems from a fundamentals approach; you translate strategic vision into measurable success metrics and applicable plans
