Content & Social Media Coordinator (Temporary)

CloudTrucks is looking for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team! In this role, you’ll focus on creating and managing social media content to boost brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. This is a 12-week temporary position, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role. During this period, you will receive employee benefits.

Requirement: CloudTrucks operates in a hybrid work environment, with designated in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must be available to work on-site on these days.


What You’ll Do:

  • Research and execute social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), ensuring each channel aligns with brand and audience goals.

  • Create, curate, and adapt content (graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each platform.

  • Engage with and grow our online community, monitoring channels for trends, responding to comments, and encourage positive audience interaction.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with larger marketing goals and campaigns.

  • Keep current with social media trends and best practices to keep our channels innovative and fresh.

  • Platform Pro: Comfortable with all major platforms and able to track performance data, applying analytics insights to strengthen content strategies.
