The Role
Our first product line was built with a vision to automate end to end lending for credit unions , making the application process seamless, empowering loan officers with tools to underwrite effectively by leveraging AI.
We aim to create delightful digital experiences for both consumers and credit union employees;across digital and physical channels. As we grow the lending product, we have multiple zero-to-one opportunities to pursue - how do we embed a financial advisor in the loan journey, helping users not just refinance a single loan but also look at their entire debt profile and recommend a product to combine say 4 credit cards into 1 personal loan
Or how do we build a platform to plug credit unions into an affiliate marketing ecosystem they historically may not have access to given their low tech maturity.
The opportunities are endless. We are looking for an entrepreneurial PM with experience in fintech and ability to operate with a GM-mindset to grow a new product.
Key Responsibilities
Bring new zero to one lending products to market
Collaborate closely with customers to develop new products tailored to unique credit union needsTranslate complex customer challenges into actionable and innovative product opportunities
Craft and articulate a clear product vision and strategy and combine it with execution excellence to validate ideas, pivot and scale the product
Drive product development, collaborating closely internally with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams Uphold high standards in product craft, balancing quality with speed to market
Operate in high ambiguity, with a Founder/GM mindset
Ideal Candidate Profile
7+ years of product experience, with a track record of shipping impactful products in fintech and lending
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with credit unions.
Ability to challenge assumptions, validate product concepts, and make decisive choices.
Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of product development, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and the ability to integrate these insights into product strategy.
Deep passion for product management and an ownership mindset.
