Key Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Work with existing clients to identify and analyze the most advantageous AI product adaptations based on their core pain points.

• Project Management: Own development and launch timelines, coordinating closely with a dedicated engineering and product team to ensure timely delivery.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement rollout strategies for individual product lines in partnership with sales and go-to-market teams.

• Feedback Integration: Engage directly with a subset of our pilot Credit Unions to gather feedback, workshop improvements, and promote product evangelism.

Skills you will bring:

• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience in Product or General Management.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading product, engineering, or implementation functions at early-stage companies (Growth, Series A, or Pre-Series A).

• AI Product Management: Previous ownership of an enterprise AI product or business line from ideation through delivery and adoption in highly compliant industries.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and AI capabilities.

• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services) and the necessary safeguards and controls.

• Team Leadership: Experience leading teams with both product and go-to-market responsibilities.

• Management Experience: Prior management experience in private equity or top-tier consulting firms.

• Versatility: Ability to act as both a player and a coach across multiple skill sets (product, implementation, research, etc.).

• Startup Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-growing companies and maintain a flexible startup culture.
