You'll report directly to the Development and Operations Manager, where you'll get to flex your property oversight skills by reviewing assessed property values, managing company LLCs, and collaborating with local government agencies to address any necessary corrections or compliance measures. Alongside property management, you'll also support our marketing efforts by coordinating with creative teams to produce stunning brochures and engaging digital content that showcases our properties beautifully. You'll have the chance to capture high-quality progress photos of our construction sites and help with event coordination for activities like open houses and community events. With responsibilities ranging from maintaining financial records to assisting in real estate project planning, each day is sure to bring something new.
