Experience Needed:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation

- Identify potential clients and secure meetings through proactive outreach.

- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to engage with decision-makers.

- Post regularly on social media channels to maintain an active online presence and attract leads.

- Pipeline Management

- Track and manage prospects throughout the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.

- Sales Strategy Development

- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Analyze market trends and feedback to refine outreach approaches and messaging.

Good to have:

- A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools, as well as proficiency in social media platforms.

- Experience in the SaaS or hospitality industries.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A clear and polished US accent.

- Confidence and willingness to make 40–50 calls per day, when necessary.

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Industry/Tools Experience: HubSpot, Brizo, Google Workspace
