Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our brand narrative, driving impactful digital initiatives, and enhancing our lead generation efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity where you will wear multiple hats to manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer journey that reflects our core values.

Strategies & Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Management Team to set the strategy and execute high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, email marketing, social media, paid ads, etc.) tailored to our B2B tech audience.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the content funnel, ensuring high-quality content creation that nurtures leads through the customer journey, from initial engagement to sales connection.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize marketing workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives align with CodeLink’s core values across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Develop strategies to enhance CodeLink’s digital presence, increase brand visibility, and drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to Management on campaign performance, ROI, and other metrics.

Leadership

  • Lead the marketing team, setting goals, tracking progress, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team, encouraging creative ideas and solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support initiatives.
  • Support team scaling and hiring efforts as needed to meet business demands.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a marketing team.
  • Experience working with a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including branding, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with content strategy, lead nurturing, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in managing social media, blogs, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to global regions (e.g., North America, Europe) outside of Southeast Asia.
  • Proven expertise in inbound and outbound marketing to generate quality leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data-driven campaign analysis.
  • Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year.
