What does a Strategic Account Executive at CoderPad do?
CoderPad’s Strategic Account Executive oversees the expansion of our largest customers (Meta, LinkedIn, Apple, etc) through the engagement of key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as a part of our mission to better the technical interview process for everyone.
As the global leader in the technical interview space (3,800+ customers in 165+ countries), it is our Strategic Account Executive’s goal to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts. You’ll report to the VP of Global Sales and own the sales process from start to finish while also regularly engaging on customer calls.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the tech community? CoderPad is on the lookout for a passionate Strategic Account Executive to join our remote team in North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with major companies like Meta, LinkedIn, and Apple, driving their technical interviewing improvements. Your mission? To engage key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders, solving their hiring challenges using CoderPad’s innovative interviewing solution. As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll take charge of the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting to establishing lasting relationships. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to uncover new business opportunities and suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback. Your efforts will be essential in achieving defined revenue targets and delighting our customers with your value-based sales approach. We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in a B2B tech environment, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a hunter mindset. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is necessary, while prior experience with Gong & Apollo is a bonus.
