Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service, including management of third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and preparation with precision and professionalism.
  • Provide comprehensive candidate support, from briefing to post-placement engagement, while driving retention initiatives for Cognia’s Flex community.
  • Take the lead in proactively managing compliance, addressing risks and issues, and overseeing due diligence processes.
  • Handle internal and external reporting with accuracy and clarity.
  • Oversee ongoing assignments, providing feedback, resolving challenges, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

  • A tertiary-level qualification (BA/BS) that forms the foundation of your professional expertise.
