Your new role - Partner Operations Manager

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of our partner program. This role is instrumental in creating and optimizing workflows, enabling partner success, and improving the performance of Cognigy’s partner ecosystem. By managing operational processes and ensuring seamless coordination between teams, you will help maximize partner contributions to our ARR growth and overall business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing operational processes across the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Coordinating partner onboarding to ensure readiness with tools, training, and resources for maximum ARR impact.
  • Monitoring and analyzing partner performance metrics, such as ARR contribution, pipeline growth, and close rates, to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Streamlining operations by identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Managing partner compensation processes, including rebates, commissions, and incentive programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Overseeing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to maintain data accuracy, adoption, and alignment with CRM.
  • Acting as a liaison between partner teams and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resource distribution.
  • Developing and enforcing policies to maintain partner compliance with program terms and guidelines.
  • Regularly gathering partner feedback to refine and enhance operational workflows.

About you

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or business operations within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and PRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-specific metrics and partner program structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing partner incentive and rebate programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Looker.
