Have at least one year of experience working as a Community Manager OR two or more years as an Assistant Manager

Familiarity with Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws

Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook) 

Familiarity with Yardi and Tenant Tech

Make prompt decisions under pressure

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
