Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution abilities in a rapidly changing startup environment ranging from top executives and real estate agents to engineers, new-hires, and interns. As Receptionist, you will be the first impression for the entire organization and play a critical role in the daily operations of the office.

The base pay range for this position is $16.50 - $26.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

Based in the vibrant heart of New York City, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for everyone visiting our office. Your day will be filled with welcoming guests, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the management team, which is crucial in enabling them to focus on their strategic goals. You will also play an integral part in facilitating a productive office environment by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, and maintaining our reception and conference areas. Your role extends to liaising with delivery services, managing incoming mail, and handling office supply orders, ensuring our team has everything they need at their fingertips. With your strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach, you’ll handle internal communications, including office updates and event planning. Working in this position means being proactive and resourceful, adapting with ease to the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of a startup.
