We are looking for an exceptional Compliance Assurance Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for driving all compliance assurance matters and contributing to the mission of the wider compliance team.

You will:

• Lead the design and implementation of the Compliance testing and assurance programme - including the compliance risk assessment, monitoring programme and key risk indicators.
• Build effective and engaging policies and processes
• Complete assurance reviews and testing activities
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure new products and services have appropriate and scalable compliance controls
• Embrace data, establishing automated queries and dashboards to drive more frequent testing and informative insights
• Execute project plans to address remediation efforts and testing review findings
• Work with our Swedish entity and other international locations to drive a coordinated and efficient compliance assurance approach
• Challenge colleagues to build efficient and best-in-class compliance risk management controls and processes
• Using data analytics to identify actionable insights which result in material enhancements to the control environment

About you:

• You will have proven experience in running compliance assurance programmes and implementing processes in a regulated financial institution
• You will have strong data analysis and be able to produce actionable insights to be used company-wide
• You will have good knowledge of the FCA handbook
• Ideally, you will have worked in investment services at a retail-facing business

Logistics:

The application process consists of a 4 stage process. You will initially have a phone interview with one of our internal Talent Specialists, followed by a hiring manager screen with one of the compliance managers, a cultural and behavioural interview, with the final round being run by the VP Risk and Compliance, Director of Risk and Compliance Manager. We offer a competitive salary plus stock options and lots of other benefits.
