Office Coordinator

CompStak envisions a commercial real estate industry in which accurate and transparent data leads to better, faster deals for everyone. We gather critical information that is hard to access, then make it instantly and seamlessly available to our platform members.

 

Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)

Work hours: Mon - Fri 9-5pm (Thursdays 10-6pm) Belgrade time


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Office Coordinator for our Belgrade office to provide daily support to our employees and ensure smooth office operations.


Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary materials
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of office spaces
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (e.g., printers, TVs, computers)
  • Organizing both regular and special events, from after-work game nights to coordinating our annual off-site retreat
  • Manage and oversee the Purchase Order process
  • Track external vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels, and identify new vendors when necessary
  • Monitor and track the operations budget
  • Support employer engagement initiatives and activities
  • Handle other projects or duties that align with the skills and qualifications of the position


Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude, team oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English and Serbian)
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of office equipment and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
