FULL-TIME HYBRID (50% MUNICH / 50% REMOTE)

YOUR MISSION

As a Founder’s Associate (m/f/x), you'll work directly with our CEO (Henric Meinhardt) on key areas like finance, recruiting, fundraising, and operations. You'll start in a hybrid setup from our Munich office and play an active role in shaping the company's growth.

  • Ops: optimizing our CRM reporting & automations

  • Finance: FP&A

  • HR: Building an organization from 25 to 100 FTE

YOUR PROFILE

You have already worked in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the freedom of working in a young organization.

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS

  • Strong background in finance, recruiting, and hands-on experience with HubSpot

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership of tasks with a hands-on approach

  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required

ABOUT COMSTRUCT

Comstruct is a construction tech start-up founded in March 2022. With a diverse team of currently 25 people, comstruct automates the purchasing process in the construction industry. Just 18 months after founding, we have raised more than €10 million in venture funding from US based, global Tier 1 investors (details still confidential). On the back of this, we have extremely ambitious growth plans for the future and will significantly scale our commercial footprint and organization in the coming 12 - 18 months. Today already, we count a large number of Europe’s largest construction companies among our customers and are improving the lives of thousands of people in the construction industry.
