Deine Mission

Comstruct ist ein schnell wachsendes Start-up in der Bauindustrie. Werde als Account Executive Teil unseres Growth Team und begleite deine eigenen Kunden von der Discovery bis zum Closing. Lege zusammen mit unserem CEO (Henric Meinhardt) die Grundlage für unsere Sales Organisation. Du wirst hybrid in unserem Büro in München starten und hast die Möglichkeit, direkt von erfahrenen Sales Leadern wie Elisabeth Ludvik oder Jakob Geißler zu lernen.

  • Durchführung der Vertragsanbahnung

  • Identifikation des prozessualen oder technischen Problems des Kunden

  • Teilnahme auf Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld gearbeitet und genießt die Freiräume in einer jungen Organisation. Du genießt es dich mit neuen Menschen auszutauschen und arbeitest dich gerne in komplizierte Prozesse und Produkte ein. Vorerfahrungen in B2B SaaS oder der Bauindustrie sind natürlich Pluspunkte.

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und C1 in Englisch

  • 1+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer relevanten B2B SaaS AE Rolle

  • Idealerweise Vorerfahrung in der Bauindustrie oder dem Einkauf

Über comstruct

comstruct ist ein junges Bau-Tech-Start-Up, das im März 2022 gegründet wurde. Mit einem Team von 4 Mitgründern mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen automatisiert comstruct den Einkaufsprozess in der Bauindustrie.
