YOUR MISSION:

As our Founding Recruiter, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Henric Meinhardt, to build the foundation of our people organization and attract the talent that will drive our mission forward. In this unique role, you’ll shape and implement recruiting strategies, design scalable hiring processes, and set the tone for a people-centered culture.

YOUR PROFILE:
You have a proven track record of 4+ years of attracting and hiring top talent. Additionally, you have experience recruiting within fast-paced, B2B SaaS startup environments.
