Law Enforcement Operations Associate

Concentric is seeking a Law Enforcement Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive strategic safety efforts for the client community, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and mentor newer associates.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, or willingness to learn
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Good sense of humor and adaptability to change
Experience in legal operations or investigative roles

Responsibilities

Respond to requests from law enforcement and government authorities in the Americas region
Review and assess critical safety incidents and emergencies
Investigate, analyze, and respond to legal requests for user data
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in investigations
Provide mentorship to other team members
Contribute to program coordination and development
Manage multiple tasks and deliverables effectively

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
