Consumer Advocacy Experience Lead - Group Benefits

As Consumer Advocacy Experience Lead, you will drive experience program initiatives to co-create experiences with our Group Benefits consumers! You will govern experience initiatives to best practice standards, inspire teams to design experiences with an innovative, inclusive, and contemporary approach, lead journey mapping workshops, create personas, and assist business stakeholders with identifying metrics used to measure improvements. You will use our behavioral science toolkit to guide solutions that include next best actions (NBAs) throughout consumer journeys.
You Are
You are a self-starter who can expertly manage end-to-end program execution with partners across various levels and areas of the organization. You thrive on partnership and collaboration and take pride in getting initiatives over the finish line. You can see the big picture and distill it into the steps required to bring it to life and model a consumer-centric approach to all initiatives. You are comfortable autonomously making decisions and offering recommendations based on benchmarks and are dedicated to driving Guardian's transformation to becoming a consumer-first company. You are dedicated to ensuring our consumers have a voice in every discussion.
You Have
  • Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders to implement and complete initiatives.
  • Journey and/or process mapping experience (preferred)
  • Program management skills or experience
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry and Guardian products
  • The ability to influence without authority, coordinate group collaboration and hold colleagues accountable for deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to lead and execute with minimal supervision.

Salary Range
$74,560.00 - $122,485.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
