EA SPORTS Madden is looking for a Content Manager to help the live service team.

Primary Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage the content pipeline by tracking and communicating progress.
  • Building and maintaining team schedule for project milestones.
  • Identifying and reporting risks, while developing mitigations and contingencies for them.
  • Responsible for project roadmaps, sprint planning, retrospectives, and dependency management.
  • Pitch new strategies, ideas, and process improvements.
  • Resolving roadblocks for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a project/team manager, with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience in game design, production or relevant experience working on a live service.
  • Proficient on project management tools such as Jira, EazyBI, Confluence and Asana.
  • Experience in aligning processes and focus for delivering quality.
  • Understanding of player motivation and target audiences.
  • Preferred: ScrumMaster Certification.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of American Football and the NFL.
CONTRACT POSITION - 12 MONTHS

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

The hourly pay ranges represent in good faith what applicants can expect to be paid for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $30 - $40
  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $30 - $40
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $30 - $40
  • Jersey City, NJ:
º $30 - $40
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $30 - $40
