The Information Systems Department's (ISD) mission is to provide solutions, tools, and data insights to Contentsquare business teams, enabling them to work effectively and efficiently. Within ISD, the finance applications team is looking for a Product Owner to manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) solutions, from end to end.


The P2P processes are a major pillar of the finance and procurement activities of Contentsquare in a highly international context. They involve five applications with a core role daily for our 1800 employees: supplier and procurement management, ERP, bank management, company card, and expense management. The Product Owner P2P will have a major role in bringing more efficiency, and automation and mitigating risks in a strong transformation process, to become a highly scalable organization.


What you will do:
  • Lead and manage the product backlog to build new features, configurations, and interfaces between systems, and set up new applications.
  • Partner with business teams, in particular finance and procurement Business Process Owners (BPO) to capture and analyze requirements.
  • Prioritize product backlog based on return on investment, efficiency gain, risk mitigation, compliance, etc.
  • Write specifications or user stories with scenarios and/or acceptance criteria for the tech teams (internal or external).
  • Monitor the build and validate the deliveries of the technical teams.
  • Become the digital expert of the procure-to-pay processes of Contentsquare and act as a facilitator for the business team.
  • Rely on tech teams to define the best solutions to meet business needs and sustainable architecture.
  • Participate in P2P daily smooth operations via the ticketing process, user support, issue troubleshooting, and training.
  • Keep up-to-date guides and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvements of practices.


What you need to succeed:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, consultant, or project manager. Including at least 3 years of experience working with procure-to-pay processes: sourcing, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice, and payment.
  • You have demonstrated experience in procure-to-pay systems or ERP.
  • You are familiar with collaborating with finance or procurement teams.
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business or technical teams.
  • You are autonomous and proactive and you have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge needs in order to develop effective solutions.
  • You are a team player, passionate, open-minded but you know how to say “no”.
  • You speak English fluently and ideally French.
