To learn more about our values, please visit our careers website.What You’ll DoYou’ll be a leader in CoreWeave’s development of its Revenue Accounting function, by building and automating numerous processes across Revenue Accounting. You’ll lead the Revenue Accounting team, primarily responsible for the financial close of revenue accounts and revenue forecasting and reporting processes. In this role, you will have an opportunity to have an enormous impact on the future of the Revenue Accounting team through your decisions, hiring and training of your team. This individual will also design, implement and perform numerous SOX controls. This role reports to the Head of Commercial (Revenue) Accounting.• Lead the month-end close process for Revenue and Commissions• Review financial close journal entries, reconciliations and analyses, as well as fluctuation explanations• Present revenue and commissions related information to executives• Partner extensively with the Technical Revenue and Accounts Receivable teams as well as others including FP&A, GL Accounting, Product Management, Revenue Operations and Sales• Proactively identify opportunities for both large and small process improvements and propose and implement solutions• Be the leader for Commercial Accounting on certain high-profile projects and system implementations• Improve the Company’s Netsuite ARM implementation to increase automation and reporting capabilities and efficiency• Hire into and develop the Revenue Accounting team• Own the revenue forecast process in partnership with FP&A• Design, implement and perform numerous SOX controls• Evaluate new product introductions or upstream process changes for impacts to the Revenue Accounting team’s activities and processesInvesting in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and Interests and what you’re excited to work on next.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth tech company• 2+ years at Manager or above within a public company• 2+ years of Big 4 audit experience• Strong knowledge of ASC 606• Deep knowledge of Netsuite ARM• Significant experience improving revenue accounting processes• Prior experience growing a remote Accounts Receivable team• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting into the detailsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with Revenue system or ERP implementationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.What We OfferThe range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
