ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a hybrid position with 3-4 days/week in the Denver location for Summer 2025.

The Process Engineering Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for providing technical support focusing on Quality and Continuous Improvement related projects. Reporting directly to the Quality/CI Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Investigate and troubleshoot product nonconformances
  • Lead time study observations
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Quality, or Industrial Engineering is required.
  • Experience using measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is preferred.
