Regional Sales Representative

Job Description

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) works to support Customers and Builders throughout the Northeast US in partnering with the following Cornerstone Building Brands: Ceco Building Systems, Metallic Building Systems, and Star Building Systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attending in Person Builder Meetings to support Sales Teams
  • Estimate File Entry & Maintenance of Sales Quotes
  • Customer Training with Sales Systems as needed
  •  Assist in planning Regional Builder Meetings           
  • Supports District Sales Managers by preparing estimates and facilitating communications between Estimators and Builders
  • Works with Regional Sales Manager to plan events and prepare reports to support sales growth in the region
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • Ability to work with Operating System       

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years+ Experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry preferred
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in Metal Building Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
  • Must have thorough understanding of construction process
  • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously

The US average base salary for this role is $50,000-65,000 + sales incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
