Responsibilities
- Attend orientation and complete BCAT training
- Provide direct behavior-analytic services to children with autism
- Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA
- Document strategies and goals with data collection
- Assist with individualized assessments and data collection
- Follow Cortica’s crisis and emergency procedures
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent experience
- Currently a Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain BCAT
