Tech Lead

The Tech Lead at Cortilia is responsible for software analysis and development, including defining technical specifications for various projects. They mentor team members, ensure final project validation for quality standards, and collaborate with other departments during new developments. Additionally, they oversee production services and provide necessary support to maintain the production environment.

To qualify for the Tech Lead role at Cortilia, candidates should have at least 5 years of programming experience in Java (from version 8 onwards), with a solid understanding of SQL and knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker. Familiarity with AWS services and experience with RESTful APIs are also highly preferred. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
