Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and delivery of engaging training programmes
Create high-quality learning materials
Support the identification of individual and organisational development needs
Leverage technology to enhance scalable learning experiences
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments
Lead and manage the L&D team

Education

Degree in Education or related field
Certification in Learning & Development preferred
