Business Development Representative (IT/SaaS)

Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for business development? CrewBloom is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our client's team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects.

The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on day one by learning our systems and processes and customizing them for their own success.   • Lead generation

  • Representing the company at tradeshows and conferences
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Managing inbound sales opportunities
  • Doing cold calling and managing outbound sales
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Attending and contributing to organizational meetings/retreats

Candidates with experience/qualifications in the following will be provided additional consideration:

  • Outside sales experience
  • Inside sales experience
  • Lead generation
  • Digital Marketing
  • Healthcare sales/marketing experience
  • Consulting services sales/marketing experience

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
