Your Role:

Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and developing long-term relationships with key customers. You will identify new business opportunities, support customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in sales and strengthen the Envalior brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing strategy and identifying new customers and markets to drive business growth.
  • Focus on the US and Canada markets.
  • Develop account strategies and action plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the engineering materials industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage marketing activities like campaigns, webinars, and trade show planning.
