Position Title: CRM Automation Internship

Type: Full-time, 3 month internship

About the role

The CRM Automation Intern will support Shopper and Creator marketing initiatives and programs through campaign production, execution, optimization, and campaign asset creation. The successful candidate will ensure campaigns are successfully executed, tested and optimized to support our aggressively growing Creator Commerce business. The candidate will have opportunities to learn about end-to-end development of messaging campaigns from strategic conception to technical execution in support of organizational goals.

How you will make an impact

Primary Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Events, CRM, & Lifecycle Marketing teams to support email development & QA in Hubspot.
• Maintain, update, & optimize HubSpot web pages, micro-sites, and web features.
• Manage CRM Automation Asana project board to ensure all tasks & deliverables accurately reflect team effort & capacity
• Support CRM Automation team by managing Braze list uploads & ensure that Creator ID numbers are accurate.
• Maintain & update Creator master segments & subsegments in Airtable
•  Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and address issues as they arise
• Give realistic estimates of work and deliver on those timelines

Required Qualifications

• Currently attending an accredited university & working to earn a degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field
• Current GPA of 3.25 or higher
• Available for 8 hour shifts within US timezones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Overall positive attitude, team-player orientation and willingness to be flexible in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work as part of a distributed team as well as successfully function independently
