About Multiply Mortgage

Multiply Mortgage is building financial products for innovators.

We started with an affordable line of credit secured by private tech company stock, which allowed employees to buy a home, pay tuition, pay for their wedding, and other major life events without giving up any equity or waiting for an exit. 

We discovered that many of our customers were using their line of credit to buy homes, so we introduced a mortgage product specifically for this customer segment at a reduced cost. Our mortgage product gained quick traction and is now the primary focus of our company. We sell through traditional channels, but we also partner with companies to offer our mortgage products as an employee benefit, helping them attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive job market.

Multiply Mortgage is a Series A startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, A* Capital, and Box Group, as well as founders and executives from Plaid, Figma, DoorDash, Notion, Instacart, Faire, Flexport, Ramp, Niantic, Rippling, Iterable, Lattice, Newfront, and more.


Opportunity Overview

We are a rapidly growing fintech startup seeking a highly motivated and skilled field marketing associate to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to make a significant impact by promoting our brand in one of our top priority locations, Boulder/Denver

As a Field Marketing Associate (part time), you will work closely with our loan officers (LOs) and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and foster community engagement. This role combines social media management, content creation, and community outreach to bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a self-starter, and bring creative ideas to the table. You'll help create a strong presence for Multiply Mortgage through digital and community-based marketing initiatives and support our MLOs in creating a lasting impact in the communities they serve.

We highly value in-person collaboration so this role will require a regular presence to work with our loan officer team in our Cherry Creek, Denver office. 


How You Will Contribute

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and post content regularly on behalf of the loan officers, ensuring engagement and consistency across platforms.

  • Assist in the creation and curation of content for MM's social media channels 

Event Marketing & Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute local events to promote MM’s brand and connect with potential clients and partners.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to ensure maximum impact and lead generation.

Lead Generation & Community Outreach:

  • Assist MLOs in identifying and building relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and influencers.

You Have

Experience:

  • New grad or equivalent experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. No mortgage industry experience is required.

  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, with a solid understanding of social media trends and tools. Particular focus on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and community outreach.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
