1st Level Technical Support with German and English

Join a dynamic team providing professional technical support to corporate customers and end users through chat communication. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Guide users through step-by-step solutions

Escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2 or higher)

Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus

Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once

Excellent written communication skills

Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Team player with a customer-centric mindset

Knowledge Base/Help Desk Portals
