Receiving Specialist

Receive all inbound products into the distribution center using all provided systems


Responsibilities
  • Receive all product into our WMS system with 100% accuracy
  • Inbound product received within 24 hours of delivery
  • Notify material handler when product is ready for put away 
  • Notify Warehouse manager and procurement if/when there are discrepancies with        inbound product
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely 
  • All returns moved to quarantine 
  • Using Slack notify what items have been delivered for each PO in the “Supply Chain” channel 
  • Conduct daily cycle counts 


Qualifications
  • High School/GED 
  • Minimum 1 year receiving experience 
  • Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience 
  • Minimum 1 year working in a warehouse/distribution center environment
  • Efficient in excel
  • RF scanner experience preferred but not required 
  • Experience in a WMS system required
  • Experience with Netsuite preferred but not required
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager preferred but not required
  • Experience with FedEx Claims process preferred but not required
  • Experience with Shopify preferred but not required
