Receiving Specialist

As a Receiving Specialist at Crumbl, your primary responsibilities include receiving all inbound products into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and promptly, usually within 24 hours of their arrival. You'll work collaboratively with material handlers and notify them when products are ready for put away. Additionally, you’re responsible for identifying any discrepancies in inbound products and notifying the Warehouse Manager and procurement. Safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks is essential, along with conducting daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

To join Crumbl as a Receiving Specialist, candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, along with at least one year of receiving and forklift operating experience, ideally in a warehouse or distribution center setting. Familiarity with Excel is necessary, and while RF scanner experience is preferred, it isn’t required. Experience with WMS systems is essential, and familiarity with Netsuite, FedEx Ship Manager, FedEx Claims process, and Shopify would be advantageous.
