Manager of Internal Content

Under the direction of the Director of Instructional Design, oversees the development and production of all training materials including the Help Center, MasterClass training videos and live presentations. Helps oversee all training content used to equip Crumbl franchise partners and operators with the knowledge and skills to operate a Crumbl at the highest possible level.


Responsibilities
  • Designs and delivers training programs to develop the capabilities of franchise partners, field leaders, and team members at home office.
  • Analyzes current training processes and deployment with the intent to improve them with new-ways of thinking.
  • Researches, tests and then creates effective Crumbl MasterClass videos.
  • Partners with the Manager of Internal Content Writing to plan, research, create and keep updated the Crumbl Operations Manual.  
  • Engages internal subject matter experts, as needed, to address role specific training needs.
  • Occasionally researches training deficiencies on site in Crumbl stores across the country. 
  • Partners with other members of the training team to test new quality or training procedures to be practiced across the entire corporation and facilitates the testing of developed training in the CTF.
  • Creates new training practices directly correlating with overall operational improvement with proper research and development to support it.
  • Develops an annual learning strategy to address the learning needs and support the rapid expansion of the brand.
  • Refines/strengthens learning technology infrastructure; engages a variety of learning tools to cater to the learning styles of today’s learners.
  • Attends weekly one-on-one meetings with Director of Instructional Design
  • Generates reports and presents information to upper-level managers or other parties
  • Occasionally arranges/books travel for franchise partners.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Development, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields. 
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ training experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, preferably in the food industry.
  • Curriculum design/content creation experience, preferred.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Time and project management skills required.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Efficient in video editing. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to unlearn: Quickly release old practices when they become ineffective.
