Product Manager (Healthcare experience, preferably pharmacy background)

Job Overview:

Curenta is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare SaaS solutions. Candidates with a pharmacy background are preferred, as this role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in long-term care and assisted living environments.

This role is pivotal in guiding product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering solutions that address client needs while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing successful SaaS products, collaborating across teams, and delivering exceptional value to healthcare professionals and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients, customer success teams, and stakeholders to identify product needs.
• Product Development Oversight: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product updates and features.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates, features, and benefits to clients, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Use insights from market research to drive product positioning and messaging strategies.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product usage, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Feedback Loop: Gather client and stakeholder feedback to inform product improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in product management within the healthcare SaaS or healthcare technology sector.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with healthcare SaaS platforms or tools for care coordination, medication management, or resident operations.
• Healthcare Expertise: In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and care delivery models.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving and Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Pharmacy, or Healthcare Administration.
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute Certified).
• Direct experience working with assisted living facilities, senior care providers, or long-term care operations.
