Description


Join ELVTR, a rapidly growing international EdTech startup revolutionizing online education with live online courses taught by industry leaders from companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Amazon.

We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Retention Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a wide range of customer service responsibilities.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located anywhere in the United States.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle all refund requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring student’s satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Retain customers by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Manage accounts receivables and maintain accurate records of customer payments and balances, communicating with clients to ensure timely payment.
  • Process chargeback claims from start to finish, including gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support our company's position in disputes.
  • Respond to students’ inquiries, issues, and complaints, and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in customer retention or high-end customer service is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savviness and experience with CRM software is preferred.
