Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent.

•Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

•Offer strategic guidance and insights on the talent market to hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

•Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

•Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical and cultural fit.

•Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

•Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.

•Plan and administer coding and aptitude assessments to evaluate candidate skills.

•Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

•Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.

•Promote Cyara’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

•Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

•Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.

•Continuously improve the recruitment process based on data-driven insights.

 

Let’s talk about your skills/expertise: 

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•6 - 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on product and engineering roles.

•Proven track record of successfully recruiting top engineering talent.

•Strong understanding of the engineering and technology landscape.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

•Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•High level of professionalism and integrity.


Note: This is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office
