Artsy is looking for a proactive, organized Employee Experience Associate to execute day-to-day operations and build a welcoming, inclusive experience in our New York office. This is a part-time (20-30 hours a week) position, and will report to our Director of People Operations.
You will be responsible for everything that ensures the New York office runs smoothly, using your resourcefulness and attention to detail to keep the office in tip top shape. You’ll work alongside the rest of the People Team to foster a strong culture in the office, including organizing events to build team cohesion. When fully ramped, you’ll be that one person that everyone in New York can rely on to make their time in the office productive and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do:
Work with People Operations and IT Teams to prepare all new New York hires for onboarding
Own all ongoing office processes such as kitchen & supply stocking, repairs & maintenance, employee requests
Manage outside vendors, including cleaning staff, repair workers, deliveries, etc
Plan & execute events for New York team, including attending events outside of regular work hours
Manage workplace systems such as request tickets and hot desking

Must be in-person based out of our NYC office (20-30 hours/week)
Must be currently located and authorized to work in NY
