Position OverviewThe ERP Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures the system's optimal performance and supports various business functions by implementing effective workflows and processes. The ERP Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, manage costs, and continually improve system functionalities.Key Responsibilities• Manage and administer the ERP system, ensuring availability and performance.• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements that meet business requirements.• Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.• Develop and document standard operating procedures related to the ERP processes.• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.• Monitor and analyze system usage to identify areas for improvement and optimization.• Assist in cost management by analyzing ERP-related expenses and recommending budget adjustments as necessary.• Participate in Agile project management processes to deliver system improvements and updates.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role in managing ERP systems.• Strong understanding of ERP software and its applications in business processes.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.• Experience with cost management and budgeting related to ERP systems.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Benefits• Health• Dental• Vision• 401(k)• PTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
