Job Summary:
The mission of D2L's Sales Enablement team is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization to hit our revenue goals. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is an individual contributor who is specialized in sales training and coaching. This role involves analyzing data to identify gaps and developing and delivering enablement content for D2L's global Higher Education Sales team.

As part of our committed team, you will be an essential contributor, focused on empowering our global Higher Education Sales team to achieve stellar revenue goals. You'll be responsible for developing impactful training strategies and enablement content to enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. With your 5+ years of experience in sales enablement and a solid background in high-performance sales environments, you will analyze data to pinpoint gaps and facilitate dynamic learning programs, both virtually and in-person. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you'll establish trusted relationships while streamlining workflows and processes through technology. Your expertise in digital learning environments and your ability to coach sales representatives will foster a culture of continuous improvement. At D2L, you’ll not only influence the sales team’s performance but also directly contribute to our mission to transform the way the world learns.
